Procedure for returning a repair.

• Fill in repair form with all details known, especially your details i.e. return address, company name, phone number etc, and details of fault.
• If there is more than one item fill in multiple forms.
• Pack item in box or parcel with packaging so there is no damage during transport.
• Include a copy of the repair form in or attached to the parcel.
• Make sure out address is clearly written on the parcel.

• Once received we will check and quote the item and contact you either by email, fax or phone with the written quote with trade in option.
• Warranty repairs will be repaired and returned asap.
